- I take color photographs exclusively at night. I like the solitude of working alone after dark. I shot film for the longest time. The processing and printing fees were bleeding away all my discretionary income; finally, I put away my camera and vowed to suspend all photography until I could obtain a really good digital SLR. I didn't take a photograph for three years.
